What areas do you serve?
CleanSpire serves the CSRA: Aiken, North Augusta, Graniteville, Augusta, Evans, and Martinez. If you sit just outside that ring, ask anyway—we will tell you honestly whether the drive works.
How does pricing work?
Price depends on the size of the space, the scope of work, and how often we visit. Recurring service costs less per visit than one-time cleaning, because the space never gets far enough behind to need a reset. You get a flat quote before anything is scheduled.
Do I need to be there during the cleaning?
No. Most commercial clients give us after-hours access and most homeowners leave a code or key. Whatever you prefer, the access method gets agreed in writing before the first visit.
What is the difference between routine and deep cleaning?
Routine cleaning maintains a space that is already in good shape. Deep cleaning resets one that is not: baseboards, buildup, fixtures, inside appliances, and the edges routine cleaning does not reach. Plenty of clients start with a deep clean and then move onto a routine schedule.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes, everything needed for the agreed scope. If you want specific products used in your space—scent-free, a particular disinfectant, something safe for a finish—say so during the quote and it goes into the checklist.
What happens if something gets missed?
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and correct it at no charge. The scope is written down for exactly this reason: there is never an argument about what was supposed to be done.
How far ahead do I need to book?
Recurring schedules usually start within a week. One-time deep cleans and move-out turnovers depend on the calendar, so send the date as early as you can and we will tell you straight away whether it is workable.
